Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and store inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy to meet daily shipping targets
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure data integrity
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and managing dock operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
