Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP systems
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams for inventory accuracy
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation protocols
- Investigate and resolve stock variances
- Collaborate with procurement for stock replenishment
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience
- Proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in warehouse conditions
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Experience with barcode scanners/rfid systems
- Basic knowledge of supply chain logistics
- High school diploma or equivalent required
