Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain accurate digital records using WMS and ERP systems
- Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize stock rotation and space utilization
- Generate inventory reports for management and audit purposes
- Implement FIFO protocols and monitor product expiration dates
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment strategies
- Support year-end inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning systems
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma or equivalent required
