Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and coordinate with carriers
- Implement FIFO protocols and optimize storage layouts
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with purchasing to prevent stockouts/overstock
- Audit warehouse compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in distribution/warehousing
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong data entry skills with 98%+ accuracy
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
