Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Manage stock receipts, shipments, and warehouse documentation
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking in WMS/Microsoft Excel
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams for stock optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and inventory procedures
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Assist with annual physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- Background check and drug screen required
