Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using barcode scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory data in ERP/WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to track inbound/outbound stock movements
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management analysis
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and optimize storage space utilization
- Collaborate with procurement teams to identify slow-moving stock
- Audit physical inventory against system records and resolve variances
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control experience in warehouse/logistics environment
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory management software
- Strong data entry skills with 10-key proficiency
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional site visits)
