Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records in our WMS system
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock optimization
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and documentation
- Implement cycle counting procedures to ensure data integrity
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve stock issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory control experience preferred
- Proficiency with WMS software and Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license
