Responsibilities
- Accurately track, record, and reconcile inventory data using WMS systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits to ensure data integrity
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with precision
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams for seamless inventory flow
- Maintain detailed reports and documentation for compliance
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and time management
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Experience in warehouse/distribution environments
