Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using barcode scanners
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient stock replenishment and order fulfillment
- Investigate and resolve stock variances through root-cause analysis
- Prepare monthly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with purchasing department on reorder point optimization
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Fishbowl, Zoho)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour training a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Background check and drug screening required
