Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Process incoming shipments, verify documentation, and update stock records
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems with proper labeling protocols
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for operational improvements
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize inventory layout and accessibility
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation procedures
- Support annual physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA certification a plus)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
