Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and WMS software
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and digital records
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with proper documentation
- Maintain organized storage systems for optimal space utilization
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with procurement team on reorder point optimization
- Implement cycle counting procedures to ensure perpetual accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and RF scanners
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for data analysis
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred) or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration
