Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Inspect and package goods for shipment compliance
- Maintain organized storage areas and FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely shipments
- Adhere to OSHA and safety regulations
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility for rotating shifts if needed
