Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to meet tight deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Support cycle counts and quality control inspections
- Optimize storage layouts for maximum space utilization
- Train new hires on material handling procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
