Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and verify shipment accuracy against manifests
- Manage inventory using WMS systems and maintain organized storage areas
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and compliant workspaces through regular audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
