Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products within the facility
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning, counting, and documentation processes
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces to optimize workflow efficiency
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
