Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move materials and products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Manage inventory counts and documentation to maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage areas for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
