Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency
- Organize and manage inventory with accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in shipping/receiving processes and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
