Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA standards
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS
- Load/unload trucks and optimize trailer space utilization
- Uphold 5S principles for workplace organization and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to work flexible night schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid state ID required; forklift certification a plus
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
