Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack and prepare customer orders for shipment using company guidelines
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, labelers) safely and effectively
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Organize warehouse space for optimal workflow and safety
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
