Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Prepare shipments by labeling boxes, sealing containers, and completing shipping documents
- Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with touchscreen devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays during peak seasons
