Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and warehouse activities
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklifts daily
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Assist with receiving, stacking, and organizing stock in designated areas
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (required)
- Minimum 6 months of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability to work evenings/weekends as needed
