Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments to ensure accurate inventory tracking
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision while meeting daily productivity targets
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment to uphold company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges proactively
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain 99.5% accuracy
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends with overtime availability
