Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiencyOperate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per safety standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy (inventory software training provided)
- Reliable transportation to our Chicago facility
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
