Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas for optimal efficiency
- Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies; report issues to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation training
- Flexible availability including weekends and holiday seasons as needed
