Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect all items to ensure they are free from damage and properly packaged.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to all weight limits and safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process customer orders with speed and precision to meet daily targets.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and handling cash (if applicable).
- Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and minimize errors.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
