Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Optimize packing processes to minimize material waste
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or picker/packer experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Familiarity with RF scanners or inventory management software
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
