Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inspect products for quality and damage to ensure they meet shipping standards.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently, maintaining organization during the process.
- Sort and stage packages according to delivery routes and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve workflow efficiency and reduce errors.
- Perform basic data entry and inventory counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse management systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
