Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification available), and handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before packing.
- Organize the warehouse floor to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
- Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
