Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipping
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized and efficient storage areas to optimize workflow
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
