Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to pick tickets with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify product quantities and ensure correct labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and organizing stock shelves as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Denver, NC location.
