Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack merchandise from shelves based on customer orders.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Inventory Control: Scan items into the system and verify stock levels to maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Team Support: Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed to meet daily quotas.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable vehicle and punctual attendance record.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and ensure order accuracy.
- Communication: Basic English skills for reading pick lists and communicating with team leads.
