About the Role:
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for selecting items from shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders using RF scanners.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape) to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and barcode stickers.
- Inspect products for quality and defects before packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills for reading labels and verifying quantities.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
