Job Overview
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will work in a fast-paced environment that values hard work and dedication.
Responsibilities
- Select and pick merchandise from warehouse shelves according to pick tickets and customer orders.
- Pack selected items securely to ensure safe transit and damage-free delivery.
- Verify product quantities, prices, and descriptions against invoices or packing lists.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in warehousing or logistics is necessary; we are looking for eager learners.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and understand written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
