Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Verify product quantities and ensure all items are free of defects before shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (after certification).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Sort, organize, and stock incoming inventory with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education is required; we value attitude over experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a handheld scanner or computer terminal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
