Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack items from inventory shelves using scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify product accuracy against customer orders and ensure proper packaging.
- Label packages accurately for shipping and load them onto pallets or conveyor belts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding warehouse operations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for reading labels and counting inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy (using handheld scanners is trained).
