Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Label, sort, and stage items according to shipping schedules and location requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and organizing shelves.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld devices.
- No prior warehouse experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
