The Role

Responsibilities
- Select and verify products based on customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems.
- Pack items securely in appropriate boxes, ensuring proper labeling and sealing.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Entry Level: No prior warehouse experience required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to attendance.
- Basic Skills: Good reading comprehension and basic math skills required.
