Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and package merchandise according to customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards before shipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (Entry Level Friendly).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to stand for long periods and walk on various surfaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail-oriented work style.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
