Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and pack items from the warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Inventory Accuracy: Verify product counts and ensure all items are correctly labeled and staged for shipment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as certified.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets strict quality standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail picking is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
