Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and verify the quality of items before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory discrepancies or workflow issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible night shift hours (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
