Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory using barcode scanning systems and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging for shipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Availability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with overtime
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
