Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for order verification and inventory counts
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
