Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Accurately retrieve merchandise from shelves and storage areas based on customer orders.
- Package Preparation: Securely package items using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Labeling: Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and postage to packages according to company standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure order accuracy before shipment.
- Inventory Management: Scan items using handheld scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Remote Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
