Responsibilities
- Precision-pick items using RF scanners and digital pick lists
- Efficiently pack orders using protective materials and optimized boxing
- Operate pallet jacks and conveyor systems safely
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid NC driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
