Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves accurately and efficiently based on customer orders.
- Label packages clearly and correctly for shipment.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Keep the packing station organized and clean to maintain a safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills to follow pick tickets and labels.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
