Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick tickets and customer specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized and efficient workstations to maximize productivity
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as assigned
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to/from the Industrial Park location
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (15-40°F)
