Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners or manual methods
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license may be required for operating equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
