Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and documentation
- Track shipments in real-time using ERP systems and proactively resolve transit delays
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate carrier contracts to reduce costs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile shipping discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams for smooth operations
- Analyze shipping data to identify efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under tight deadlines
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
