Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping processes, including documentation compliance and customs clearance
- Manage inventory tracking and optimize warehouse logistics for efficient order fulfillment
- Collaborate with carriers to negotiate rates, resolve transit issues, and ensure on-time delivery
- Oversee packing procedures and implement cost-effective shipping solutions
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
- Communicate shipment status proactively to internal stakeholders and clients
- Identify process improvements to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and shipping documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail accuracy
- Forklift certification and warehouse safety training preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
