Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse logistics to prevent stockouts
- Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide real-time shipment tracking to clients
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to align shipping schedules
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD, or CSCP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping protocols
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
